Aad Granth

In 1604, Guru Arjan Dev Ji, the fifth Sikh Guru, compiled the Sikh Scriptures, which came to be known as the Aad Granth or "the first book." This sacred Granth serves as the Holy Scripture of the Sikhs. Subsequently, between 1704 and 1706, Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the tenth Sikh Guru, added additional holy Shabads to this esteemed Granth, further enriching its spiritual content.
